Good Works | Phase 1 of Jiangpan Yunlu Nanchang Completed
NANCHANG RIVERSIDE RESIDENCE PHASE ONE HANDOVER

Phase 1 residential units and community gardens are delivered simultaneously, with a single project team handling the architecture, landscaping, and interior spaces of common areas.
Nanchang Jiangpan Yunlu Phase 1 completed its centralized delivery this month, featuring four high-rise residential towers, the community entrance forecourt, and central courtyard gardens. From the design concept phase, architects, landscape designers, and interior designers worked as a unified team, with interface definitions and material schedules established early in the design process.
Design coordination during the delivery phase focuses on three key areas: stone paving layout and drainage grading at the entrance forecourt, sequencing of plant installation and positioning of canopy trees in the atrium garden, and lighting commissioning in the lobby and elevator halls. Site inspections are conducted twice weekly. Any changes will be confirmed in writing to the contractor on the same day.
Based on the completed results, facade materials were limited to four types or fewer. Public areas and model units use matching color codes, and landscape hardscape-to-building base transition details passed inspection during the mock-up phase. The project team has archived all final deliverables and drawings; Phase II will adopt the same material system.
